Official Terms & Conditions

We stand behind our Union Operator built learning system 100%. If you complete our recommended mobile mastery program and do not pass your official written crane exam, we refund 100% of your platform purchase.

How to Qualify for the 100% Money-Back Guarantee

Our algorithm measures your real readiness. Here is the straightforward 3-step checklist to ensure your eligibility:

1

Achieve 90%+ App Mastery

Complete all domain modules in the app and achieve an overall Mastery Level of 90% or higher before taking your official written exam.

2

Pass 3 Mock Simulation Exams

Score 85% or higher on at least 3 full-length timed Exam Simulations inside the app within 14 days prior to your official exam date.

3

Submit Official Score Sheet

If you do not pass, email a copy of your official NCCCO or OECP score sheet within 30 days of your exam date to claims@craneexamprep.io.

Why we have these requirements: Our Union Crane Operator creators built this system to guarantee success. If an operator completes 90% mastery, the historical pass rate is 98.4%. The criteria above ensure you genuinely engaged with the missed-question repetition system prior to testing.
